Let’s Talk About What’s Next
Whether you need help with Dynamics GP, want to get more from your current financial system, or are considering Business Central, start with a conversation.
Tell us where you are today and what you’re trying to solve. We’ll help you understand your options without pressure.
That last part is the whole point. We earn revenue from GP support contracts and from Business Central migrations in roughly equal measure, so nothing about our advice is steered by which one happens to pay us more in a given quarter. If the honest answer is that your current setup is basically fine and you just need two reports rebuilt and a posting routine cleaned up, then that is the answer you get, and the call ends there. Plenty of these conversations end with a small fix instead of a project, and we would rather be the firm you call again in three years than the one that sold you something you didn’t need. You can read more about how we approach financial system modernization or about the people behind Argus before you get in touch.
Four Ways to Reach Us
Pick whichever one suits you. They all land with the same team in Pasadena.
Suite C
Pasadena, CA 91106 Visits are by appointment. Most of our work happens remotely.
Get Your Free Business Assessment
The assessment is a structured look at the financial system you already run. What modules are switched on, which ones you paid for and never turned on, which processes your team still does by hand, and where the platform is quietly costing you hours every single month.
You finish it with a clear scope and an estimate. No obligation attached to either.
$1,500 value. No cost. No obligation.
Tell Us Where You Are Today
What Happens After You Reach Out
No discovery gauntlet. No form that routes you to a junior rep who reads your answers back to you. When you call Argus, you talk directly to the person who solves the problem.
You tell us what’s actually going on
Maybe month-end close takes four days longer than it should. Maybe a report has never reconciled and everyone has quietly stopped trusting it. Maybe you just got told GP is going away and you want to know how worried to be. Start anywhere.
We look at what you already have
Most companies running Dynamics GP use about 30% of what the platform can do. The rest is already paid for and sitting there unconfigured. We find out which bucket your problem falls into before anyone talks about buying anything.
You get options, not a pitch
Optimize what you have. Move it to the cloud. Plan a Business Central migration on your own timeline. Or some mix of the three. We lay out what each one costs and what it changes, then you decide. That’s where it ends if you want it to.

Common Questions About Getting In Touch
Who will I actually be talking to when I call?
A senior Dynamics GP consultant, not an intake queue. Our team carries 80 years of combined GP experience between them, so you don’t spend the first ten minutes explaining your system from scratch to someone whose only real job is to write it down and escalate it. You describe the problem to the person who fixes it.
What actually happens in the free business assessment?
We review the financial system you already run, then hand you a clear scope and an estimate. It covers which modules are live, which processes are still manual, and where GP could be doing work your team does by hand. It carries a $1,500 value and costs nothing, with no obligation to buy anything afterward.
Do we need to be in California to work with Argus?
No. We’re headquartered in Pasadena but serve companies across the United States and Canada. Remote support, cloud hosting, and virtual consulting are how most of our clients work with us, and for a lot of them there has never been a reason for anyone from Argus to get on a plane.
What should we have ready before the first conversation?
Honestly, not much. Your GP version if you know it, and a sentence about what’s frustrating you. That’s enough to have a useful first call. If you don’t know your version, we’ll work it out together, and nobody needs to prepare a document for us.
We’re already an Argus client and something is broken. Same number?
Existing clients have a separate lane. Email support@arguscg.com so it lands with the support team rather than filtering through general enquiries first, or call the same number as everyone else and say up front that it’s a support issue. Month-end close problems get treated as such.
What does it cost to work with Argus once the assessment is done?
Annual contracts start as low as $1,500 per month and bundle hosting and support into one relationship. Focused optimization projects can come in below that. You see the number before you commit, because the assessment produces the estimate.
Microsoft is ending GP support. Is it too late to call?
No, and there’s more runway than most people think. Microsoft ships GP feature updates through December 2029 and keeps security patches coming through April 2031, and Argus has separately committed to supporting the platform through 2036, which is seven years past Microsoft’s own end-of-life date. That’s time to plan properly instead of migrating in a panic. Microsoft’s own Dynamics GP lifecycle page tracks the current dates, and its Business Central documentation covers where the platform is heading next.
